AGREEMENT TERMS: Tuition for IdE is nonrefundable and nontransferable. An enrollment confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email provided on this form. IdE requests a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If rescheduling is necessary, tuition will be credited toward next available date of the same class. IdE reserves the right to change tuition at any time. Class hours must be completed for each course in order to receive Certificate of Attendance and have hours reported to the State Board
